All our products are Made in Portugal and are shipped from Portugal with UPS.
You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking nr. as soon as your order has been processed.

  • Shipping times

    We provide two services when shipping with UPS:
    - Standard (Ground)
    - Express (Air)

    You will be asked to choose your preferred shipping service at checkout.

    UPS Standard is a ground service only available to destinations in Europe. It takes 3 days to arrive.

    UPS Express is by Air and will be delivered by the end of next day in Europe. It takes 2 days to North America and 2-3 working days to the Rest of the world.

  • Shipping locations

    We ship worldwide with the exception of some countries in Africa, South America and Middle East. We reserve the right to withdraw from shipping to locations we feel are not safe.

  • Shipping costs

    Below are the costs to ship:

    EUROPEAN UNION
    UPS Standard - €12 (3 days)
    UPS Express - €18 (next day delivery)

    NORTH AMERICA
    UPS Express - €25 (2-3 days)

    REST OF THE WORLD
    UPS Express - €35 (3-5 days)

  • Returns policy

    If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received from us, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.

    IMPORTANT:
    . You are entitled to return for an exchange, monetary refund or a credit note (valid for 6 months).
    . We advise our customers wanting to return an item for a different size or other product to place an order for the item they want to exchange for in order to guarantee availability, as we keep low stocks on most of our products.
    . Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
    . Sale items are non refundable but you can still exchange them or receive a Credit Note for the original amount (minus delivery cost).
    . Please ensure all return packages are sent with a service that provides a tracking number as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
    . We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. So make sure that you try the goods received in a well conditioned environment in order to preserve the goods in perfect selling order if they are to be returned.
    . When returning items for an exchange or refund from outside the EU please be aware that customs charges may apply when these enter our country. Always check with your forwarding service how to properly send a returned item to us, specifically what to write in the forms, so you avoid paying for these charges. We are not liable for any custom charges for items shipped from and to our hq.

  • How to return

    All you have to do if you want to return an item is to send an email to sales@pregisshoes.com with this information:
    - order ref.
    - name on the order
    - reason for returning: if you want to return for an exchange or refund.

    We will identify the order and issue a RMA - Return Merchandise Authorization by email.
    If you need assistance during the returns process please contact us on (+351) 911 133 790 or email us at sales@pregisshoes.com and we will help you out.
    All returns will be processed within 2 working days. We will contact you once the process is complete. It may take up to 2 working days for the funds to be credited into your bank account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Customs

    Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel enters its destination country. These charges must be paid by the customer when it arrives to the destination address. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
    When returning items for an exchange or refund please inquire with your forwarding service how to properly fill in the documentation so the goods are understood to be "returned goods" and not subject of charges when entering our country. If you have questions regarding these charges check with your local authority.
